About

The branch covers a large area including Buxton, Glossop and much of the Peak District National Park along with a small part of Cheshire around Poynton and Disley, and in contrast it also includes most of the Metropolitan Borough of Tameside, which takes in Ashton under Lyne, Hyde and Mossley.

The branch has over 600 members, who meet regularly to enjoy beers and pubs on offer. The branch also runs regular trips to pubs and breweries in and around the branch area, and also further afield. The branch runs a trip over a long weekend early in the year to another part of the UK. The branch also runs a foreign trip every autumn, and has visited places as diverse as Lithuania, New York and Stuttgart.

The club is adjacent to New Mills Newton station and is on the main A6 just east of the traffic lights at Newton on the left
A selection of 30 beers will be available as well as some real ciders
